Brinster's BMOC-3 medium is a simple chemically defined medium designed by Ralph Brinster. Brinster's BMOC-3 medium does not contain any amino acids or vitamins but contains BSA, which can support the maturation of oocytes and mammalian Early development of the embryo.

L-glutamine (Glutamine)
