Total organic carbon content <50 µg/L, <50 ppb, to ensure that the swab itself does not interfere with the test data;
Double-layer and double-layer woven polyester head, which can carry pollutants; knitted structure in the sampling process. This is to maximize sample collection and release into the diluent to provide an excellent recovery rate;
Separate handle with a notch, which can put the head into the vial for the smallest processing and sampling;
100% polypropylene handle to ensure no other contaminants and has excellent chemical resistance.

The pre-washed borosilicate glass bottle has an integral cap and diaphragm design to facilitate sampling and analysis.
Diaphragm thickness -1.34 mm (0.053")
Polyethylene cladding protects the diaphragm surface from contamination before analysis.
The oblique shoulder design reduces the area of the cotton swab head and reduces the total organic carbon content.
Approved by TOC instrument manufacturer for use.
The cleanroom is suitable for the identification and traceability of vial samples.

1. Please refer to your written SOP sampling instructions.
2. Dip the cotton swab into the solution.
3. Sampling area.
4. Remove the cap of the sample vial.
5. Place the cotton swab to jam the tip of the cotton swab into the vial, and the notch touches the top of the vial. Avoid touching the swab head.
6. Close the lid.
7. Mark the sample.
