Flocked Tip Nylon Nasal Swab
Flocked Tip Nylon Specimen Collection Nasal Swab Nose Prp Kit
Flocked swabs mark the newest evolution of single-use specimen collection devices. Flocking refers to a process of applying (multi-length fibers) — called flocking — to an adhesive-coated surface to provide for enhanced sample collection. All flocked swabs have definite advantages for many applications.
Our Nasal flocked swabs feature perpendicular nylon fibers that optimize specimen collection and elution into transport media. The swabs also feature a molded breakpoint that allows you to safely and easily break off the swab stick, and several breakpoint options are available for different tubes.
Good samples contribute a lot to accurate diagnostics, while good samples are collected in proper sample collection ways. iClean® swab supplied by HCY is anatomically and ergonomically designed to optimize the efficiency of the target analyte collection with patient comfort improved.
Improve the efficiency of swab collection to meet the needs of end consumers for high-quality products
Innovative spray implantation nylon fiber technology to maximize the sampling efficiency of the sampling swab. The nylon fiber is vertically and evenly attached to the surface of the swab head, which greatly increases the collection and release efficiency of cell and virus samples. Improve the sensitivity of analysis, no specimen remains, speed up the process of specimen processing, the unique design of ABS plastic rod can be broken. It is suitable for the collection of samples from nasal cavity, forensic medicine and virus, DNA and other samples.
The upright nylon fiber is like a soft brush to collect more samples. The capillary action between nylon fibers enhances the capacity of aqueous samples, and the samples are concentrated on the surface of the swab for easier elution.
It has outstanding sample collection and release capabilities, and can quickly adsorb small samples with high efficiency during release. The increase in the number of target cells helps to improve the sensitivity of rapid diagnostic tests.
Flocking swabs have obvious advantages in nasal sampling and microbial sampling, especially in the collection of viruses and DNA.
100 thousand grade purification environment, strict production process conditions, production under ISO13485 quality control and product CE requirements. No DNase and RNase, no endotoxin, no cytostatics.
It is used for the inspection of biological samples from the natural cavities of the human body, such as the nasal cavity. Including SARS-CoV-2
Tilt the patient's head back and insert the swab into the nostril until the swab collar touches the outside of the nose.
Once the swab is in place, rotate in a circular motion 2 times and keep it in place for 10-15 seconds for optimal sample collection.
Remove the swab from a patient and insert the tip into an acceptable viral transport medium.
Break the swab shaft against the side of the tube, and close the lid.
Transport specimen to testing laboratory.
